The Medicinal Chemistry Nucleus is located in the Sarafan ChEM-H Building. The Nucleus is co-located and consists of over 2,500 sq feet of laboratory space, an open plan office area for up to 10 graduates students/postdocs or staff as well as a lounge area for meetings with collaborators. The Nucleus space consists of 10 synthetic chemistry fume hoods equipped with standard synthesis.

The Nucleus is able to perform microsomal stability and permeability assays for our collaborators as well as organize additional in vitro and in vivo testing through partner Contract Research Organizations.
